It may be a publicity stunt (although he cut his own salary from $1 million to $70,000), but this is a great precedent for building sustainable businesses designed around employee well-being.

Apparently, “Price was motivated to change the salary structure after reading a 2010 study that suggested people have the highest emotional well-being at $75,000.”
