We shouldn’t think about it only during Autism Awareness Month in April– but we can make the effort to redouble our commitment to expanding employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
People on the autism spectrum face challenges but also have identifiable strengths to leverage in the workplace.
It is important to determine reasonable accommodations and be intentional in including people with autism in your communities at work.
